BLS Provider (AHA)
Our American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) course covers adult, child, and infant CPR, AED use, choking relief, and team-based resuscitation – all based on the latest AHA guidelines.
Hands-on and skills-focused, this course is ideal for nurses, physicians, EMT’s, medical assistants, and anyone required to hold a current BLS certification.
Available as either initial/new certification or update/renewal, students who pass receive an AHA Provider card valid for two years.
EKG Interpretation & NHA Certification Prep
Our EKG Interpretation prep course covers the fundamentals of cardiac electrophysiology, rhythm identification, and clinical decision-making, including normal sinus rhythm, arrhythmias, heart blocks, and ST changes.
Course content is aligned with the National Healthcareer Association (NHA) Certified EKG Technician (CET) exam, giving students the knowledge and confidence to pass on their first attempt.
This course is ideal for anyone pursuing a career in cardiac monitoring or clinical healthcare.
This class is appropriate for individuals who are scheduled to take the NHA CET exam in the near future.
Elder Care & Safety Essentials
Caring for an aging loved one is one of the most meaningful roles you can take on — being prepared is one of the greatest ways to support their safety, dignity, and independence. Our Elder Care Essentials course is designed for family members, caregivers, and anyone supporting older adults, covering CPR basics, choking relief, fall prevention, medication awareness, and how to recognize and respond to common medical emergencies such as stroke, heart attack, and sudden changes in condition.
Taught in a warm, supportive environment with hands-on practice, this course builds the confidence to respond quickly and effectively in real-life situations. No medical background required.

Founded by experienced EMS professionals, APEX CPR brings over 20 years of real-world emergency response experience into every class.
