Can I visit the APEX CPR training location?
Absolutely! We welcome prospective students and interested individuals to visit our training office centrally located in Walnut Creek. Contact us to schedule a tour to learn more about our instructors, and see our training equipment in action.
Who are the instructors for the courses?
Our courses are led by AHA-certified instructors with extensive backgrounds in emergency medical services and healthcare. They bring real-world experience to the classroom, ensuring that you receive relevant and practical knowledge.
Can I consult with a training advisor?
Yes, we encourage you to consult with our training advisors. They can help you choose the right courses based on your needs, whether you're a healthcare professional, a team, or a community member looking to learn life-saving skills.
What if I need to reschedule or cancel my registration?
Cancellations made more than 48 hours prior to the scheduled class are eligible for a refund of the class tuition cost, excluding any registration or processing fees. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before class are not eligible for a refund but may be rescheduled one time at no charge, subject to availability. After that, you will be charged $40.00 per reschedule. Rescheduling insurance is available for $25.00 to allow for unlimited rescheduling.

Students who do not attend class without notice are considered no-shows and are not eligible for refunds or rescheduling.
If APEX CPR cancels a class, students may transfer to another class date or receive a full refund.
