Can I visit the APEX CPR training location?

Absolutely! We welcome prospective students and interested individuals to visit our training office centrally located in Walnut Creek. Contact us to schedule a tour to learn more about our instructors, and see our training equipment in action.

Who are the instructors for the courses?

Our courses are led by certified instructors with extensive backgrounds in emergency medical services and healthcare. They bring real-world experience to the classroom, ensuring that you receive relevant and practical knowledge.

Can I consult with a training advisor?

Yes, we encourage you to consult with one of our training advisors. They can help you choose the right courses based on your needs, whether you're a healthcare professional or a community member looking to learn life-saving skills.

What if I need to postpone or cancel my registration?

Cancellations made more than 48 hours prior to the scheduled class are eligible for a refund of the class tuition cost, excluding any registration or processing fees.  Cancellations made less than 48 hours before class are not eligible for a refund but may be rescheduled one time, subject to availability. Refer to your class confirmation email for instructions how to reschedule or cancel your class or contact us at info@apex-cpr.com.

Students who do not attend class without notice are considered no-shows and are not eligible for refunds or rescheduling.

If APEX CPR cancels a class, students may transfer to another class date or receive a full refund.
