Course Registration & Payment
Full payment is required at the time of registration to reserve a seat in class. Registration is not guaranteed until payment has been received.

APEX CPR reserves the right to refuse service, limit enrollment, or cancel registrations at its discretion.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellations made more than 48 hours prior to the scheduled class are eligible for a refund of the class tuition cost, excluding any registration or processing fees.
​
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before class are not eligible for a refund but may be rescheduled one time, subject to availability.
​
Students who do not attend class without notice are considered no-shows and are not eligible for refunds or rescheduling.
​
If APEX CPR cancels a class, students may transfer to another class date or receive a full refund.
​
Student Responsibilities
Students are expected to arrive on time, participate fully, and behave respectfully toward instructors and other participants.

APEX CPR reserves the right to dismiss any participant whose behavior is disruptive, unsafe, inappropriate, or prevents the class from being conducted effectively. No refund will be provided in these situations.

Students are responsible for ensuring they meet any course prerequisites prior to registration.

Certification Cards
Certification cards are issued only after successful completion of all required course components, including skills testing and written assessments when applicable.

Processing times for certification cards may vary depending on the certifying organization.
